The former QPR striker is still yet to make his second debut for the club after rejoining this summer due to a prolonged injury spell and is not fit enough to start, meaning that Tomer Hemed and Sam Baldock play up front.

Lewis Dunk is on the bench for the away side after signing a new five-year contract at the club on Monday.

Ipswich make two changes to their side, with Josh Emmanuel and Ainsley Maitland-Niles coming in for the injured Christophe Berra and the benched David McGoldrick.
