Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min plays down rumours linking England captain Harry Kane with an exit from Spurs, amid doubt over Kane's future with the Lilywhites.

Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min has hit back at rumours that have linked fellow strike partner Harry Kane with an exit from Spurs this summer.

The England captain's club future has been the centre of attention in recent weeks after the Premier League Golden Boot winner admitted that he wanted to seek a club that will decorate his trophy cabinet.

Along with Son, Kane broke a 25-year-old record for most goal combinations, 14, in a single Premier League season, after Son set up Kane against Crystal Palace in March.

However, while away on international duty, Son told reporters: "Has Kane moved already? Everything is not decided. Rather than worrying about his transfer, I am doing my best at Tottenham.

"I want to focus on the national team and Tottenham. Maybe Kane is doing the same, he is busy preparing for the Euros."

Kane will be focused on captaining England at Euro 2020 this summer, when Gareth Southgate's side will face Croatia, Czech Republic and Scotland in Group D.
