Franco di Santo is named to make his full debut for Werder Bremen.

Werder Bremen summer signing Franco di Santo has been named up front for the home clash against Eintracht Frankfurt to make his full debut.

The hosts' coach Robin Dutt makes a number of changes to the side that was beaten 4-1 by Borussia Monchengladbach, with Theodor Gebre Selassie out of the team and Luca Caldirola moving to left-back.

For the visitors, Vaclav Kadlec starts up top with Stefan Aigner and Takashi Inui providing the width from midfield.
