Team News: Five changes for Torino, Cesena

Torino and already-relegated Cesena both make five changes to their starting lineups for their final match of the Serie A season.

Torino have rotated their squad for their final match of the Serie A season against already-relegated Cesena this evening.

Christian Molinaro misses out after being sent off against AC Milan last time out, while Salvador Ichazo comes in between the posts for Daniele Padelli.

Nikola Maksimovic, Marco Benassi and Maxi Lopez are also included.

Meanwhile, the visitors have also made a string of changes for what will be their final top-flight match for at least a year.

Walter Bressan gets a game in goal, while Constantin Nica, Hordur Magnusson, Gaby Mudingayi and Milan Djuric also return to the starting lineup.
