Eden Hazard wants a return to Chelsea, two years after he left Stamford Bridge for Real Madrid, according to a report.

Eden Hazard is reportedly interested in returning to Chelsea this summer, two years after he left Stamford Bridge to sign for Real Madrid.

The Belgian spent seven years with the Blues after joining from Lille in 2012, scoring 110 goals in 352 appearances, and won two Premier League titles, the FA Cup, EFL Cup and two Europa League crowns.

Real Madrid spent around £103.5m on the Belgian in 2019, but he has only made 30 league appearances across two seasons in Spain, and found the back of the net just five times.

The Mirror report that the 30-year-old now wants to go back to West London to rediscover his best form.

Real Madrid are keen to lower their wage bill and bring in money from player sales, but new manager Carlo Ancelotti believes he can get the best out of Hazard.

Meanwhile, it is not yet clear whether Thomas Tuchel would be interested in bringing the forward back to Stamford Bridge.

Hazard played in Belgium's first four fixtures at Euro 2020, before missing their quarter-final defeat to Italy with a hamstring injury.
