How Barcelona could line up against Atletico Madrid

Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Tuesday's La Liga clash with Atletico Madrid.

Barcelona will be looking to return to winning ways in La Liga when they welcome Atletico Madrid to Camp Nou on Tuesday night.

The Spanish champions have drawn two of their last three in Spain's top flight, including a 2-2 draw with Celta Vigo on Saturday afternoon.

Barca are still top of the table as it stands, although Real Madrid will have the chance to move to the summit when they take on basement side Espanyol on Sunday night.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how the Catalan giants could line up when they take to the field against Atletico, who have won their last four in the league during an impressive run.

Barca will again be without the services of Frenkie de Jong and Ousmane Dembele through injury, but Sergio Busquets is available after serving a one-game suspension against Celta.

Sergi Roberto remains a slight doubt due to a rib problem, although the right-back has an outside chance of making the squad for the key encounter.

Quique Setien is expected to make changes from the side that drew on Saturday, with Clement Lenglet likely to return to the defence in place of Samuel Umtiti, while Busquets could replace Riqui Puig in midfield.

Antoine Griezmann is also likely to return to the attack alongside Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi, with teenage forward Ansu Fati dropping to the bench.

Brazilian midfielder Arthur could be involved in some capacity, although it seems unlikely that the 23-year-old will be included in the first XI, having undergone a medical with Juventus on Sunday ahead of a proposed move to Maurizio Sarri's side.

There are not expected to be any major surprises elsewhere, meanwhile, with Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Jordi Alba and Gerard Pique all certain starters for the reigning champions.
