Half-Time Report: Craig Curran fires Ross County ahead

Craig Curran scores to give Ross County a 1-0 lead against St Johnstone in their Scottish Premier League match.

Ross County have taken a 1-0 lead into the break in their Scottish Premier League clash with St Johnstone this evening.

Graham Cummins threatened in the opening minutes for the hosts with a strike that was kept out by Scott Fox.

However, it was the visitors who took the lead in the 17th minute when Craig Curran latched onto Liam Boyce's through ball and slotted an effort past Alan Mannus.

The hosts almost levelled the scores when John Sutton's header deflected kindly into the path of Liam Craig, but he could only turn his strike over the bar, as his team headed into their dressing room at half time trailing.
