Tottenham Hotspur reportedly have a '20% chance' of signing Alvaro Morata from Atletico Madrid if Juventus fail to trigger his option-to-buy clause.

Tottenham Hotspur could reportedly attempt to make a shock move for Juventus striker Alvaro Morata next summer.

The former Chelsea man returned to Turin on loan from Atletico Madrid last summer, and the Old Lady possess the option to purchase him at the end of the season.

However, Juve are reportedly uncertain whether to trigger Morata's option to buy clause, and his deal at Atletico is due to expire in the summer of 2023.

With Tottenham potentially needing to replace wantaway striker Harry Kane next summer, Tuttosport speculates that Nuno Espirito Santo's side could move for the Spaniard.

The report claims that Tottenham may only have a 5% chance of signing in-demand Dusan Vlahovic from Fiorentina, but the chances of them landing Morata are closer to 20%.

Morata ended the 2020-21 season with 20 goals and 12 assists to his name from 44 appearances in all competitions, while he boasts three goals from seven games this term.
