Preview: Real Madrid vs. Sevilla

Sports Mole previews Wednesday's La Liga encounter between Real Madrid and Sevilla at the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid have the chance to get back to winning ways in La Liga on Wednesday when they welcome Sevilla to the Bernabeu.

Los Blancos lost more ground on leaders Barcelona last weekend as they lost 2-1 to their arch rivals at the Camp Nou.

That result saw Carlo Ancelotti's side fall six points behind Barca in the table with 10 matches played.

Meanwhile, a second consecutive victory for Sevilla could see the visitors move into the top half of the standings.

Madrid, who are still without Xabi Alonso, have no fresh injury concerns ahead of the match.

Juan Cala is available again for the away side after serving a suspension, while Marko Marin, Federico Fazio and Stephane Mbia are likely to miss out.

Recent form:

Madrid: LWWWWL
Sevilla: DWWDDW

Possible lineups:

Madrid: Lopez; Ramos, Pepe, Varane, Marcelo; Khedira, Modric, Isco; Bale, Benzema, Ronaldo

Sevilla: Beto; Figueiras, Carrico, Pareja, Moreno; Jairo, Cristoforo, Rakitic, Vitolo; Bacca, Gameiro

Sports Mole says: 3-0
