Real Madrid Castilla, Real Murcia in four-goal thriller

Real Murcia draw 2-2 with Real Madrid Castilla away from home, despite ending the Spanish Segunda Division encounter with just nine men.

Real Madrid Castilla have played out a 2-2 draw with nine-man Real Murcia in the Spanish Segunda Division.

The visitors had Pedro Alcala Guirado sent off in the 10th minute, but still took the lead through Kike at the Alfredo Di Stefano Stadium after 20 minutes.

Castilla restored parity just four minutes later and doubled their advantage on the half-hour mark.

Alex Martinez was penalised for committing a foul inside the Murcia box and was sent off, with Omar making no mistake in successfully converting the resulting spot kick.

However, Murcia took a share of the spoils as they made it 2-2 in the opening minutes of the second half when Jose Acciari found the target, and the visitors held on for the remainder of the contest.
