Manchester United consider recalling Facundo Pellistri from his loan spell at Alaves, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly considering recalling Facundo Pellistri from his loan spell at Alaves.

The 19-year-old returned to the La Liga outfit on loan over the summer and has featured on seven occasions during the 2021-22 campaign.

The attacker has been mainly used off the bench this term, though, starting just once in La Liga.

According to Noticias Dealava, Man United are weighing up the possibility of bringing the Uruguayan back to Old Trafford in January before sending him on another loan where he will receive regular starts.

Pellistri, who joined Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side from Penarol in October 2020, was involved in Man United's pre-season preparations but is yet to make his first-team debut for the club.

The South American, who has largely featured as a right-sided attacker this term, still has four years left to run on his contract with the 20-time English champions.
