Manchester United are not contemplating offering Paul Pogba a new contract at Old Trafford, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly not contemplating offering Paul Pogba a new contract, with the Frenchman set to leave Old Trafford next year.

The midfielder's current deal with the 20-time English champions is due to expire next June, and the speculation surrounding his future continues to gather pace.

Real Madrid, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are all believed to be keen on the World Cup winner, who could be out for the remainder of the year with a thigh problem.

According to Marca, Man United have made a decision not to renew the France international's contract and are therefore preparing for his departure in 2022.

The report claims that Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is keen to bring Pogba to the Bernabeu, but Los Blancos could allegedly avoid a move due to the midfielder's association with agent Mino Raiola.

The 28-year-old has provided seven assists in 13 appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side during the 2021-22 campaign but has struggled to make his mark during the team's recent struggles.
