Kris Boyd joins Kilmarnock for third time

Kilmarnock re-sign Kris Boyd for a third time after his exit from Rangers.

Kilmarnock have confirmed that they have re-signed striker Kris Boyd on a three-year deal.

The 31-year-old has linked up with the Scottish Premiership side for a third time after leaving Rangers.

Boyd has said that he is pleased to return to Rugby Park.

"I am delighted to have signed once again for Kilmarnock. This is a great club for me," he told the club's official website.

"I feel I have done well here in the past and I am looking forward to getting fit and scoring more goals this time round.

"I really want to help the club get back to the top six where it belongs."

Boyd played for Kilmarnock between 2000 and 2006 and also in the 2013-14 season.
