Team News: Bolton Wanderers maintain two-man attack for Blackburn Rovers visit

Bolton manager Dougie Freedman again names Joe Mason and Lukas Jutkiewicz together in attack for the visit of Blackburn, who are without injured captain Grant Hanley.

Bolton Wanderers manager Dougie Freedman has persisted with his two-man strike force for the Championship visit of Blackburn Rovers this afternoon.

Joe Mason and Lukas Jutkiewicz were paired together for the first time and both scored in the 2-0 victory over Watford at the Reebok Stadium last weekend.

Freedman makes just the one change, recalling Neil Danns in midfield to replace the injured Darren Pratley, while Alan Hutton is named on the bench after joining on a month's loan from Aston Villa.

Blackburn boss Gary Bowyer is forced into two alterations from the side that won at Reading, with new captain Grant Hanley unable to recover from a calf strain and Tom Cairney also out injured.

Top goalscorer Jordan Rhodes takes the armband in Hanley's absence to skipper a Rovers XI that includes Marcus Olsson and Chris Taylor, preferred to David Dunn as Cairney's midfield replacement.

Bolton: Bogdan; Baptiste, Knight, Wheater, Ream; Spearing, Medo, Davies, Danns; Mason, Jutkiewicz
Subs: Lonergan, Hutton, Hall, Eagles, Chung-Yong, Moritz, Trotter

Blackburn: Robinson; Henley, Kilgallon, Spurr, Olsson; Taylor, Lowe, Williamson, Conway; Rhodes, Gestede
Subs: Eastwood, Kane, Varney, Dabo, Lenihan, Evans, Rittenberg
