Inter Milan and Bayern Munich reconvene for the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final at San Siro on Wednesday.
The Nerazzurri have a 2-1 lead from the first leg away in Bavaria, with Simone Inzaghi's side now favourites to reach a second semi-final in three years.
However, they will not shrug Bayern off that easily, because the German giants have an impeccable record at San Siro, and they will need to replicate that to have any chance of turning the tie on its head.

When Bayern Munich and Inter Milan squared off in the first leg of their 2024-25 Champions League quarter-final, the German giants and Italian powerhouses collided for the 10th time across all competitions.
That contest went the way of the Serie A powerhouses, who rocked up to the Allianz Arena and left with a 2-1 win under their belts, as Lautaro Martinez and Davide Frattesi struck either side of a Thomas Muller response.
The Bavarians still just about lead the way in the head-to-head column at present, clinching five wins compared to four for the Nerazzurri, although one of Inter's other wins came in their biggest battle to date.
Indeed, a Jose Mourinho-led side emerged victorious by two goals to nil in the 2009-10 Champions League final, as Diego Milito bagged the brace that propelled Inter to their third top-level European crown.
However, Inter have only managed to get the better of Bayern Munich on two occasions since then, firstly a 3-2 last-16 second-leg win in the 2010-11 tournament, one that saw them progress on away goals after a 1-0 home defeat.
Bayern avenged their 2010 and 2011 heartbreaks in the 2022-23 season, however, as they triumphed 2-0 home and away during the group stage of the competition, with Leroy Sane, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and now-Inter man Benjamin Pavard finding the net.
As a result, Bayern are unbeaten against Inter when it comes to group-stage matches alone, having also conquered the Nerazzurri 2-0 away from home before a 1-1 draw in the earliest phase of the 2006-07 tournament.
Furthermore, the Bavarians eked out an away goals win when the two clubs first did battle in the 1988-89 UEFA Cup last 16, recovering from a 2-0 home loss with a 3-1 win at San Siro.
