Real Madrid duo Marco Asensio and Dani Ceballos reportedly face uncertain futures at the Santiago Bernabeu, with both players set to see their contracts expire in 2023.

Real Madrid duo Marco Asensio and Dani Ceballos are reportedly facing uncertain futures at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Asensio has scored 12 goals in 42 appearances for Los Blancos across all competitions this season, but the winger is approaching the final year of his contract, which has raised doubts over his future.

Ceballos, meanwhile, has struggled for game time in the Spanish capital, starting only two of his 15 games in all tournaments, and will also see his contract expire in the summer of 2023.

According to Marca, both Asensio and Ceballos will be placed on the transfer list this summer if Los Blancos decide against offering the pair new contracts.

The report as that Real Madrid do not want to see either player leave the Bernabeu for free as they believe that they can recoup respectable fees for the pair.

Asensio, 26, has been linked with the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and AC Milan, while Inter Milan and Crystal Palace are believed to be keeping tabs on 25-year-old Ceballos.
