Sydeney FC coach Steve Corica reveals that Alessandro Del Piero is "frustrated" with the side's poor form that has left them bottom of the table.

Sydney FC coach Steve Corica has revealed that star player Alessandro Del Piero is "frustrated" by the side's poor form.

The Australian club slumped to their fourth straight loss with a 2-1 defeat to Adelaide United and remain bottom of the table.

"[Del Piero] is frustrated we're losing. He hasn't lost for a long time back home [at Juventus] in Italy," Corica told reporters.

"We're losing games and it's not nice to lose games. He's frustrated and everybody should be frustrated.

"That's football. When you're down and conceding late goals, it's tough to take. It's just the way it's going at the moment. We've got to get on with it and find a win from somewhere."

Del Piero joined the A-League club on a two-year deal in September.
