Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly has admitted that he does not know whether he will still be at the club next season amid speculation linking him with a world-record move to the Premier League.

Manchester United have held a long-standing interest in the 28-year-old and are understood to have failed in attempts to prise him away from the Stadio San Paolo over the past two transfer windows.

The Red Devils are once again thought to be in the running this summer, although recent reports have suggested that they now trail local rivals Manchester City and Italian champions Juventus in the race for his signature.

Koulibaly is expected to fetch a world-record price for a defender if he does leave Napoli during the current transfer window, but the Senegal international insists that he is solely focused on international duties at the Africa Cup of Nations.

"I don't know [if I'll still be at Napoli next year], I think so. But I have to play the Afcon and then after that I'll go back to Napoli. Everyone's speaking about me, but I'm only speaking about Senegal, because that's my objective today and I want to achieve something big with Senegal," he told Goal.com following Senegal's 2-0 win over Tanzania.

"I don't want to talk about my future today, I prefer to talk about Senegal. Senegal achieved something great today. I am 200% with Senegal and 200% with the 15 million Senegalese people.

"I'm relaxed, I want to focus on the Afcon and after that return to Napoli and we'll see what happens. The most important thing now is to win with Senegal."

Senegal have also been drawn alongside Algeria and Kenya in Group C of the Africa Cup of Nations.
