Juventus reportedly want to re-sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba in a cut-price deal during the January transfer window.

Juventus are reportedly hopeful of completing a cut-price move for Manchester United's Paul Pogba in January.

The World Cup winner is yet to commit to a new deal at Old Trafford and is due to become a free agent at the end of the current campaign.

A recent report indicated that United were still waiting on Pogba's decision regarding a new deal, but it is thought that the France international is leaning towards staying at the club following their summer of spending and strong start to the season.

However, Italian journalist Rudy Galetti claims that Juve want to complete a deal for their former player as early as January, even though there may be the possibility of landing Pogba on a free transfer in the summer.

Pogba's agent Mino Raiola recently claimed that a return to Turin could be on the cards for his client, although Juve sporting director Federico Cherubini has played down reports linking the midfielder with a move back to Italy.

The 28-year-old previously registered 34 goals and 40 assists in 178 games for the Old Lady before returning to Man United in 2016, and Real Madrid continue to be credited with an interest in his services.
