Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp demands a "reaction" from his side against Porto after their six-goal draw with Brentford in the Premier League.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has demanded a "reaction" from his side in the Champions League against Porto following their 3-3 draw with Brentford in the Premier League.

The Reds went ahead twice at the Brentford Community Stadium but were twice pegged back on the day against the newly-promoted side, who rescued a well-deserved point in front of their own fans.

Liverpool will seek to bounce back when they travel to Porto in the Champions League on Tuesday night, and Klopp has insisted that his side must react well to their recent disappointment.

Speaking to reporters at his pre-match press conference, Klopp said: "It's not that much a concern because we shouldn't make these things bigger than they are. We have to show a reaction. It's tricky to win a game when you aren't defending on your highest level and that's what we didn't do.

"We had in general a problem with our defending and that is why Brentford caused us some problems, which is not good. We have to improve in that department for sure."

Liverpool have also received a major injury boost with Naby Keita, who has returned to training ahead of the clash with Sergio Conceicao's side.
