Report: Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund keen on Marseille left-back Christopher Rocchia

Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund are reportedly interested in signing Marseille's 19-year-old left-back Christopher Rocchia.

Arsenal have set their sights on Marseille left-back Christopher Rocchia, according to a report.

The 19-year-old captains the French club's reserve side and was part of the squad that reached the final of the Coupe Gambardella - the equivalent of the FA Youth Cup - this summer.

Rocchia will be out of contract at the end of the season, however, and Marseille are believed to have offered him a much-improved new deal to 2020.

According to FootMercato, Arsenal scout Gilles Grimandi has contacted Rocchia's advisors after being impressed by the teenager's displays.

German giants Borussia Dortmund are also believed to be interested in Rocchia.
