As Christmas morning dawns, Shirley is resolute that she's going to expose Janine but doesn't quite have the full picture yet.
Janine sees Jada arrive and, determined to keep Linda away from her, she suddenly invites Linda and Shirley to Christmas lunch.
All hell breaks loose in The Vic and as Mick's world collapses around him, will he finally see Janine for what she is? High drama ensues and it proves to be Mick's final day in Walford.
Lola wakes up to a lovely gift from Jay - but that's just the start. Later, with the help of Ben, he gets down on one knee and pops the question...
Alfie plots a surprise for the kids, dressing up as Santa and preparing to abseil from the roof of Phil's house... but things go wrong and he ends up getting stuck on the roof in the cold.
Later, Kat invites Alfie in to join them for Christmas dinner but Phil's fuming when he finds out what happened while he was away. He tells Kat it's time to choose - him or Alfie.
Kim destroys the Christmas dinner, forcing them to head over to the Mitchells'.
