Justin enters his plea

With Daisy unable to face attending Justin's hearing, Daniel goes along to court in her stead and is stunned when Justin pleads not guilty.

Daisy visits the hospital and shares the news of Justin's plea with Ryan and Alya. Ryan admits to Alya that he's scared of reliving his ordeal in a trial but she assures him she will be there with him every step of the way.

Ryan struggles to cope

Daisy arranges for Crystal to visit Ryan, who admits to her that he's grateful to have playing gigs in Ibiza as a goal to aim for.

Finally ready to look at his face, Ryan stares into the mirror as the surgeon informs him that he is not healing as expected and will need a skin graft. Later, Daisy and Carla arrive to find Ryan missing and his backpack gone - but they soon find him by the tram station in a traumatised state.

Beth and Faye play with fire

Beth meets Marco and agrees to go for another drink - and he responds by kissing her on the lips.

Craig gives Faye, Miley and Jackson three tickets to the Weatherfield Giants basketball game and encourages them to go enjoy themselves. As they head to the tram stop, Faye and Jackson exchange a lingering glance.

Faye arranges a clandestine meeting with Jackson at a hotel bar, telling Craig that she's out meeting one of her girlfriends. When Beth arrives with Marco for her own secret date, both women are horrified.

Jackson tells Faye that he's got a new job and asks her to move south with him and Miley. But before she can decide what to do, she's ushered along by Beth to Victoria Gardens, where Craig gets down on one knee and proposes.

Roy has health concerns

Roy agrees to accompany Evelyn to her salsa class with Glenda, but midway through he clutches his chest and runs out.

Roy visits Dr Gaddas and explains that he's been suffering from chest pains and breathlessness. When she sends him for tests at the hospital, Evelyn insists on accompanying him.

Also next week...

Asha and Amy decide to organise a surprise 21st birthday party for Nina - and when Aaron overhears Asha telling Aadi about it, he decides to invite himself along.

Stu is stunned to learn that he's in line to get 200 grand for being wrongly imprisoned but the good news is tempered when he finds out that Eliza is being bullied at school. After meeting with the head teacher, he tells Yasmeen that the head recommended Eliza might be better placed at a different school. Stu arranges an interview for Eliza at Oakhill but she has other ideas and asks Sam about Weatherfield High.

Paul takes a call from his MND specialist hoping to learn the results of his tests, but he quickly ends the call when Billy arrives home.
