Sean learns the Frank truth
After learning that Frank once flushed George's head down a toilet, Todd comes up with a plan and spills a drink all over Frank. How will he react?
George finally comes clean to Sean about just how bad Frank was to him at school. Frank insists that he's a changed man but Sean decides to end their relationship.
Maria considers quitting the council
Maria's devastated when she finds a viral video doing the rounds - it's a deepfake porno with her head placed on a naked woman's body. Gary's raging.
At Maria's press conference, she's heckled by Jimmy, the refuse team leader she's been in a dispute with. Gary decides that he's the one who's been threatening Maria online and pins him against a wall. Later, Maria confides to Sally that she's thinking of giving up local politics and Sally implores her to reconsider.
At the Bistro, Maria and Gary host a Star Trek-themed birthday party for Liam but when Gary takes a selfie of the festivities, Maria warns him not to share it online in case the trolls start up again.
Peter's temper gets the better of him
Simon and Carla urge Peter to consider the life-changing 100 grand being offered up by Thorne and later, Peter admits to Nurse Tricia that he's thinking of accepting.
Thorne meets Peter in the pub and tells him he just needs to embrace his second chance at life. As Thorne leaves, an angry Peter confronts him and attacks his car with a golf club until Adam intervenes.
Peter arrives at the police station to collect a fare and is surprised to find Nicky, who had been arrested for no reason. Peter later tells Daniel about his encounter and is shocked by the response he gets...
The wanderer returns
Toyah leads Leanne, Mary, Brian, Nina, Asha and a group of seasoned activists in a protest against waste incineration. As Leanne watches on with dismay, Toyah leaps into the cab of the council bin wagon - and moments later, she's joined by a man from the crowd... it's none other than her ex, Spider Nugent!
Also next week...
Stephen apologises to Gail for blaming her for Audrey's accident. Later, he tells mother and daughter that unless they patch things up pronto, he'll be leaving on the next plane.
Evelyn's distraught when Phill invites Mimi to stay with them as she's unable to find a hotel which will accept her dog Coco. Later, Mimi is sent flying by Cerberus and suffers a strained hip.
