Also: Peter admits to Tim that he worries his relationship with Carla may have run its course, while Debbie's shocked to hear that Ryan is moving to Glasgow with Crystal.

Evelyn suggests to Tyrone that he take the girls to see Fiz in Norfolk over Christmas, but realising it means Cassie will be on her own, Evelyn reluctantly invites her to share in the festivities with her and Roy. Later, Roy suffers a spasm in his back and as he is helped upstairs by Debbie, Evelyn takes over behind the counter.
Peter arranges to meet Valerie, the mother of the donor whose liver saved his life. When she arrives, Peter admits that he's an alcoholic and her son's liver saved his life.

Ed secretly packs his bags and prepares to join Aggie in Birmingham for Christmas, but as he goes to leave, he comes face to face with a furious Tony. Barging in, Tony punches Ed and knocks him to the floor...
The Baileys arrive back home to find Ed with a cut lip and all of their presents gone. Dee-Dee calls the police and when Craig arrives, Ed tells him that he forgot to lock the back door.
Also: Jenny and Daisy get the funding they need to buy the Rovers, but learn that Waterfords have received another offer so they need to submit a sealed bid.
