Thomas Tuchel: 'We deserved to lose to Manchester City'

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has admitted that his side did not deserve to get anything out of Saturday's Premier League clash with Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues entered the match looking to record a fourth straight win over the Citizens, but a deflected effort from Gabriel Jesus proved to be the difference, as Pep Guardiola's side recorded a <a href="/football/chelsea/result/result-gabriel-jesus-gives-champions-victory-and-ends-chelseas-unbeaten-start_465369.html">1-0 victory</a>.

Tuchel has said that his team's performance "was not complex enough", with the home side unable to get club-record signing Romelu Lukaku into the match.
