MTV has reportedly decided not to give the go-ahead to a fifth season of Floribama Shore.

The reality show - a spinoff from Jersey Shore - follows a group of 20-somethings from Florida and Alabama living together in a large house over the summer months.

According to Deadline, MTV has decided to put the show on ice while "the future of the series is being evaluated".

MTV could opt to greenlight a fifth season in the future, or it could move to a sister network or the Paramount+ streaming service.

The broadcaster recently launched a new spinoff, Buckhead Shore, set in Georgia, while the OG cast of Jersey Shore are continuing with their Family Vacation. body check tags ::
