ITV has confirmed that it is bringing back Channel 4's Undercover Boss to the UK for a new four-part series.
Now called Undercover Big Boss, the "supersized and rebooted" show will see the top dogs at four of the UK's largest firms go undercover among their own workforce to learn more about the realities of the company at the coalface and the challenges faced by employees.
The four companies involved have now been confirmed as removals firm Pickfords, car dealership Bristol Street Motors, holiday home operator Wyldecrest Parks and Indian takeaway supplier Euro Foods Group.
ITV Factual Commissioner Kate Teckman said: "As we come out of the pandemic it's clear that there's never been a bigger gap between the multimillionaire bosses and their workers, so this is the perfect time to bring viewers an all-new Undercover Big Boss as we see how they will fare swapping their corporate dinners for packed lunches and what changes they will make for their workers."
The original show aired for six series on Channel 4 between 2009 and 2014.
