The BBC has commissioned a second series of Celebrity Race Across The World.
The spinoff of the travel-based competition show debuted earlier this autumn with participants including Harry Judd, Billy Monger, Mel Blatt and Alex Beresford.
The show proved to be a hit in the ratings, with episode one consolidating to an impressive 6.2 million viewers - on par with the series three opener of the regular version.
Catherine Catton, the BBC's head of factual entertainment commissioning, said: "We would like to thank our cast for putting their heart and soul into it, and we are delighted with the reaction, particularly from young audiences on iPlayer.
"We are very much looking forward to working with Studio Lambert on the next series."
The new series is expected to be filmed in the coming months for broadcast later in 2024. body check tags ::
