A "high-profile person" is seen in a video tape of one of Diddy's infamous "Freak Off" sex parties, it had been reported.
The rapper is currently in jail charged with multiple counts of racketeering and sex trafficking over many years, with prosecutors asserting that he routinely provided drugs for women and filmed them having sex with male prostitutes at the orgies, which were known as "Freak Offs".
A number of celebrities are believed to have attended Diddy's insalubrious events over the years - although there is no suggestion that anyone who may have attended a party thrown by him has done anything criminal.
According to lawyer Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, however, a tape of one of the parties is currently being shopped around Hollywood which contains footage of someone who is "more high profile" than Diddy himself.
"There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around... but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge," Kidd told NewsNation.
"I can tell the video was pornographic in nature. This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem the person isn't looking into the video. To me, it doesn't seem like that person knows they're being videotaped."
Diddy denies all charges against him.
