Gemma Collins is allegedly the subject of "a bidding war" from the BBC, ITV and Channel 4.

The former TOWIE star has her own fly-on-the-wall reality series, Diva Forever, which regularly draws audiences of up to 1 million for ITVBe.

The GC also has her own podcast on BBC Sounds, The Gemma Collins Podcast, and according to The Sun, it has recently doubled its audience - prompting broadcasters to scramble for her services.

"Gemma is ITV's golden girl at the moment, and her hugely successful reality shows have not gone unnoticed by rival bosses," a source is quoted as saying by the newspaper.

"The BBC have seen first-hand how popular she is through her podcast and they think if she can do that with the podcast imagine what she could do with TV!

"The GC is exactly what the BBC need to freshen up their channels and they want her on screen to draw in a younger audience, and Channel 4 have also expressed an interest.

"But Gemma has been working with ITV for nine years, ever since she joined TOWIE, and she is tied to them.

"She is at the centre of a broadcasting tug of war; ITV don't want to lose her, but both the BBC and Channel 4 are trying everything they can to lure her away."

The GC is also hoping to become a popstar and this week released a Christmas single - a cover of 'Baby It's Cold Outside' - with Darren Day.
