First Dates star CiCi Coleman has posted pictures documenting her body transformation during the coronavirus lockdown.
In a post on Instagram, the 33-year-old revealed pictures taken four months apart, showing off her more toned physique thanks to a new routine.
Coleman admitted that a combination of yoga, meditation and listening to Oprah Winfrey podcasts helped her eradicate "a bad headspace" before lockdown kicked in.
"[Lockdown] really poked at my mental state and seemed to test all the things I'd been working so hard on," she explained.
"Some days I wake up and wanna dance around my living room, other days I wanna faceplant the floor 😅. Either way, it's not a touch on how shitty I was feeling in the picture on the left."
The TV waitress went on to reveal that her new goal is "to stop being such a pussy about putting up a bikini pic".
