Maxine is stunned when her mum Trish arrives in the village to search for her boyfriend.... Brad. Maxine attempts to tell her mum what happened with Brad the night before and is left reeling when announces that they are both moving to Hollyoaks.

Also: Toby is enraged when Martine tells Cleo that he's a virgin, James is frustrated to find Ste at his flat and Tony prepares to scatter Edward's ashes.

Ste complains to Marnie that he was issued with a verbal warning by James. Marnie tricks James into admitting that he's in charge - and as a result, Ste is able to lodge a formal complaint against him for workplace harassment.

Also: Toby's counselling session goes horribly wrong and after Martine confronts him for lying about it, he locks her in the garage with the intention of killing her. Maxine is fuming about her mum's arrival, while Sami secures a major new client.
