Daisy sees Justin on Victoria Street holding a bunch of flowers and angrily storms over, trashing the flowers and punching Justin as a shocked George watches on. Justin reveals that his mother has just died and he was paying George a visit to sort out the funeral arrangements.

Maria's annoyed when Len invites the press for a photo opp of him handing over the cheque to fund the new refugee centre.

At the charity shop, Nina comes to the aid of a customer called Mo who needs a tenner to buy a suit for an interview. Evelyn's forced to eat her words when Mo shows up at the cafe to return the tenner he borrowed.

Daryan introduces Gary and Maria to Mo, who reveals that he was at the same processing centre as Daryan's brother, who is now safely in England.

Paul struggles to grip onto a glass with his right hand but hides it from Billy.

Stephen informs Elaine that he can afford to pay her loan back in full and she soon starts making plans to buy a flat in Redbank. Later, he's dismayed to find Carla preparing to return to work and asks Sarah to convince Carla that it's too soon as her mental health is still fragile.
