April acts FAST to save Marlon
Rhona and Marlon end up proposing at the same time, but the joyous moment soon turns frightening. When Marlon dashes back to Smithy to retrieve the engagement ring, his vision suddenly becomes impaired. He falls to the ground and realises he's having a stroke as he desperately tries to stay conscious.
April grows concerned that her dad's been gone a while so heads back home to check on him - and when she surveys the shocking scene, she immediately calls an ambulance.
At the hospital, Marlon's being prepped for surgery but Rhona has to leave the room to prevent him from seeing her breaking down.
The Dingles come together with mutual concern for Marlon.
As Rhona waits for Marlon to come round, Vanessa tells Charity that he will recover - just like she did with cancer.
Jai wants to try again
Jai helps out Laurel by babysitting the kids and realises how much he misses family life.
A frustrated Laurel shoos Jai away after he makes attempts to repair their relationship.
Arthur accuses Laurel of sleeping with someone else and ruining her relationship with Jai, but Jai steps up to the plate and sets him straight.
Jai's left humiliated when Kim asks him to wait tables at the Hide.
