Heartbreak for Ryan

Ryan gets some terrible news, telling Mackenzie that his adoptive mother Irene has died. Meanwhile, Charity's having a good conversation with Vanessa so ignores Mack's call.

Mack urges Ryan to tell Charity about Irene but eventually blurts out the news himself. Charity's upset, realising she's hurt both Mack and Ryan.

As Mack hits the bottle, Vanessa encourages Charity to make things up with him. But when Mack sees her with Vanessa, he grabs Dawn and plants a kiss on her.

Vanessa informs Mack that Charity was actually coming to apologise to him when he messed things up. Is it too late to sort things out? Meanwhile, Billy's angry to hear that Mack kissed Dawn.

Liv bids for freedom

DS Rogers asks Manpreet for any information Meena may have imparted about Ben's death and later, he visits Vinny to inform him that due to a lack of evidence, Liv won't be released.

Vinny pays Manpreet a visit and asks her to lie to the police so that Liv can be let out.

Liv lets Vinny know that some new evidence has come to light and she's got a court hearing coming up. Mandy and Lydia are excited but their bubble bursts when Chas announces that Aaron won't be returning.

On the day of Liv's hearing, she's excited to come home - and Vinny feels awful as he lies to her, telling her that Aaron's on his way.

Dawn and Billy become top targets

Billy tells Dawn that he wants to marry her as soon as possible - and she's quick to put a 'save the date' announcement out on her socials.

Meanwhile, in a park somewhere, Meena fumes at Dawn's 'save the date' and plots her revenge...
