With Nish angry at Vinny for messing up a deal, Suki takes the opportunity to invite Eve over - but when Nish gets home early, Eve hides in a cupboard under the stairs and overhears Nish arranging a dodgy deal.
Phil's fuming that Ben is selling the Arches to Sharon, but Ben's adamant that the deal will go ahead. Phil confronts Sharon on why she wants the Arches and is left in a rage when she admits that it's to give Keanu a business.
Linda is still struggling with George and co. moving in - and her nose is put further out of joint when she hears Phil and George discussing plans for a 'pub, pie and fight' collaboration between The Vic and The Boxing Den. Later, Linda furiously orders George to leave after discovering that he hasn't yet sold his bar in Marbella. George responds by getting down on one knee and proposing to Elaine...
Also: Freddie and Bobby try it on with the Knight girls by giving them free fish and chips, and in return, Gina and Anna promise them free drinks at The Vic.

After selling the Arches to Sharon, Ben tries to focus his attention on Lexi but she's struggling to open up. Callum advises Ben to broach the subject of Lola and encourage her to talk about her mum.
Eve and Suki try to get all of the details of Nish's latest dodgy deal so they can report him to the police and start a new life together.
Keanu's stunned when Sharon reveals that she's bought the Arches for him. Later he admits that he feels bad that she's supporting him and not the other way around, but she tells him to forget his pride and make a go of it.

Determined to get some dirt on George, Linda takes Gina and Anna for lunch.
Ben and Jay spend the afternoon with Lexi and encourage her to open up about what she's going through. Eventually, she starts to talk about Lola.
Keanu takes over at the Arches, but there's immediate tension when she hires Reiss to look after the books so that Keanu can focus on the manual labour.
