After she missed yet another school event, Sam gets the cold shoulder from Ricky when she tries to build bridges. When Jack arranges a belated birthday meal for Amy, Sam tries to blag an invite but Denise tells her to do one.

After arguing with Denzel, Nugget and Lily, Amy goes home... and when Sam calls round with a dress to give Amy, she's shocked by what she walks in on.

At The Vic, everyone waits for Amy and eventually she arrives with Sam in tow. After a while, Sam follows Jack into the men's toilets and tells him what she knows. They turn to see that Amy's heard everything.

At Kat and Phil's, Alfie challenges the kids to figure out the code to Phil's safe - and eventually they crack it, finding some serious cash inside. Later, Alfie is racing against the clock to get a zombie video game to impress Tommy... when suddenly, a masked gunman jumps in the back of his cab.

Also: Whitney turns down Felix and Finlay's idea of throwing a house party but has a change of heart when they mention that Zack is single and ready to mingle.

Amy orders Jack to stay out of her life and Denise urges him to be more delicate. Later, Jack and Denise go to visit Amy's headteacher to discuss the situation and Jack wastes no time in suggesting that Denzel might have something to do with it.

In the pub, Jack confronts Howie and tells him to keep Denzel away from Amy - then clocks him one, just as Denise and Kim arrive.

Whitney's impressed when Felix and Finlay stick to their word of cleaning up after the party.

Also: Alfie's amused when Tommy offers to sort the situation with the missing money.

With the internet seemingly down, Patrick and Howie convince Denzel to join them for a game of dominoes and after a while, he opens up about the situation with Amy.
