Kat worries about Raymond but Phil dismisses her concerns and informs her that divorce proceedings are underway.
After Kat discovers that The Arches wasn't included in the divorce proceedings, Nish smells blood and introduces Kat to divorce lawyer Roger Peel, determined to get hold of some of Phil's money.

Kat visits Nish and it's soon clear that he's on to her and attacks her. Kat manages to escape and is helped by Eve, Stacey and Suki - and a humiliated Nish responds by calling the police about the events of Christmas.
