Elsewhere, a newly-returned Johnny does his best to help out his mum, the kids grow more and more concerned about Denise's state of mind and Nish attempts to win over Kat.

Monday, February 12 (Episode 6855)

Johnny's horrified by the state his mum is in as he helps her back to her feet.

When Elaine reveals that Dean is back, Johnny wastes no time in heading over to the pie shop to confront him.

Ben manages to pull Johnny away from Dean and, joined by Callum, they catch up over a drink at The Albert.

Later, after closing time, Johnny punches Dean and warns him to stay well clear of Linda.

Priya advises Nish that Kat's kids are the way into her affections. Later, Kat brings the kids round for dinner and is shocked when Nish makes her an offer.

George, Elaine and the girls arrive at his parents' house for Eddie's award celebration - and George is taken aback by the hero's welcome he receives from all of Eddie's friends, and even more so when Eddie makes a heartfelt speech about him. Later on, one of Eddie's friends, Gerald, lets slip to George that his dad is facing trial for a racially-motivated murder and wants George to be his character witness.

Tuesday, February 13 (Episode 6856)

Johnny's determined to keep an eye on his mum but she manages to secretly drink and later, at Gina's birthday party in The Vic, she makes a show of herself by dropping the cake. Ben and Callum are concerned by how angry Johnny gets when he calls out Gina for laughing at her.

When Eddie and Gloria arrive, George tells them he knows about the court case and asks them to leave as he wants to focus on Gina today. George and Gina have a heart to heart but he ends up excusing Eddie's behaviour, annoying her. Later, having looked into the court case online, George calls Eddie and tells him they need to talk.

Amy encourages her dad to get Denise a nice Valentine's gift of a bracelet to impress her.

Later on, Amy and Ricky are perturbed when Denise reacts erratically to them trying to hide the bracelet from her - unaware that she's hallucinating her missing 'D' necklace instead.

Jack turns down Denise's suggestion that they spend Valentine's night together as he intends to spend it with Stacey instead. Meanwhile, a concerned Amy accompanies Denise to work, where she continues to behave strangely.

After learning from Callum about Linda's "confession", Johnny talks to Gina and they agree to work together to get hold of the recording and delete it. Dean agrees to go out with Gina and a plan is put in motion, but he soon rumbles the ruse and confronts Johnny - and in the process, Linda completely loses it, shocking her son.

Elaine reluctantly takes Gloria to see George at the gym - and he agrees to let her have five minutes to attempt to explain herself...
