The Square is full of excitement on the day of the London Marathon as Jay and Honey gear up to race. Billy's delayed getting to the start line when Britney has a bike crash and he has to drive her, Whitney and Zack to A&E. The marathon begins... but will everything run smoothly?
Also: Yolande struggles in the wake of her sexual assault, while Zack and Whitney are left shocked at the hospital when they learn that Britney has Type 2 Usher Syndrome, which will cause sight and hearing impairments.

As Britney goes off for her first day at school, Whitney lies to Zack and tells her that she's already enrolled Britney at the local GP, fearful that he will find out the truth. Whit unsuccessfully attempts to convince Sonia to bypass the normal checks needed to register Britney and eventually has no choice but to get Keeley to sign her up.
Zack and Whitney argue when she misses a scan to deal with a Britney issue - and later, Lauren tells Whitney that she needs to tell Zack the truth or she will.
Jay invites Nadine round but argue when he questions whether he really is the father. She insists that he is and that they are due to have a baby girl - will Jay believe her and step up?
Yolande reluctantly attends the prayer group, where Pastor Clayton continues to invade her personal space.
When Yolande returns home, she discovers that Patrick has planned a romantic evening for them but gets trigged by his advances and rushes out.
