Johnny's crushed when Ollie tells him about Linda's drunken behaviour and to make matters worse, Ollie is watching on as Linda gets drunk again and chucks some punters out of The Vic. Johnny tries to make his mum see the extent of her drinking and the repercussions it's having, but instead of listening to him she packs her bags and heads to Sharon's.
Also: Nicola opens the bar, which she's named 'Harry's Barn', Sharon and Teddy decide to tell their exes that they're giving things a go and Kim and Mo prepare the men of Walford for a cheeky calendar shoot.

Tuesday, December 10 (Episode 7028)

Nicola promises Phil that his secret is safe with her but she instantly goes to Sharon and tells her everything, attempting to use the situation to drive a wedge between Sharon and Teddy. When Sharon visits Phil, he brushes off Nicola's story but she can see that something's wrong. Meanwhile, Nicola tells Teddy that she's a changed person and wants to give their marriage another go.
Sharon gives Linda a good telling-off but later, after a nasty encounter with Bernie, Linda turns back to the bottle, stealing some booze from the Minute Mart after Alfie refuses to sell it to her. Alfie reports back to Johnny and heads to Sharon's, where he discovers that she's been broken into after Linda left the door open.

Linda is confronted by Sharon before having painful conversations with Alfie and Johnny.
An excited Ian presents the family with their outfits for the Beale's Eels Santa float but after an enticing offer from Junior, Cindy skips the event. Meanwhile, Linda knocks back the vodka until Phil and Lauren intervene and offer to attend a meeting with her. Will Linda go through with it?
As the family celebrate Nicola's bar opening, Phil feels increasingly isolated from the other Mitchells and Jay picks up on it. But when Jay calls round later to check in on Phil, he doesn't take too kindly to being fussed over.

Returning from honeymoon, Elaine is shocked to see how much Linda has declined while she's been away. She resolves to get her daughter back on the straight and narrow but after a shocking day, she realises that she can no longer be an enabler and gives Linda an ultimatum.
Teddy asks Billy for advice on how to make things okay with Phil before going to see him to extend the invite to Christmas Day again. What will Phil say?
Kim resorts to bribery in order to assemble a choir for the Christmas Eve concert.
