Seventeen brand new pictures have been released for this weekend's episode of Doctor Who, 'Lucky Day'.

The episode - written by Pete McTighe and directed by Peter Hoar - marks the return of Millie Gibson as Ruby Sunday, who now has a boyfriend, Conrad Clark (Jonah Hauer-King), back on Earth.

Also featuring in the episode is UNIT, including regulars Kate Lethbridge-Stewart (Jemma Redgrave), Colonel Ibrahim (Alexander Devrient) and Shirley (Ruth Madeley), as well as Ruby's mother Carla (Michelle Greenidge) and grandmother Cherry (Angela Wynter).

In other pictures The Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) and Belinda (Varada Sethu) are pictured interacting with a younger version of Conrad.

Furthermore, credits for the episode reveal that it will contain appearances from Joel Dommett, Alex Jones and Reeta Chakrabarti - all appearing as themselves.

'Lucky Day' is available to stream from 8am on Saturday, May 3 on iPlayer in the UK and simultaneously at 3am ET/12am PT via Disney+ in the rest of the world. The episode also airs that night at 7.10pm on BBC One.
