Take a first look at Stephen's dramatic exit from Coronation Street in tonight's episode.

With the walls closing in on him, a desperate Stephen (Todd Boyce) turns on his loved ones in tonight's dramatic episode of Coronation Street.

The serial killer's lies have finally been exposed this week and after emptying Underworld's bank account, he made a rush for the airport with the intent of fleeing the country.

Those plans were thwarted when he discovered that his passport was no longer in his bag, however, and he returned to the street, seemingly staring angrily at an oblivious Jenny (Sally Ann Matthews).

Tonight, Jenny heads to the Rovers when she thinks can hear noises inside - but so too does Stephen's niece Sarah (Tina O'Brien).

Running out of options, Stephen does the unthinkable and bashes Sarah over the head with a bottle before taking Jenny hostage in front of the shocked residents of the street...
