Adam's pleased when Sarah asks him to come to Harry's birthday party, but his happiness is short-lived as she reveals that she's filed for divorce.

Adam meets Lydia in a coffee shop and tries to discreetly record her, but Lydia sees through his plan and snatches his phone. The pair scuffle and an enraged Lydia slaps then shoves Adam, causing him to topple backwards over the railings. Lydia looks on in horror - what has she done?

Ken agrees to transfer the money from Deirdre's trust fund to pay for Amy's degree, but Steve urges him to reconsider. Later, Steve's less than pleased to learn that Dev has given his daughter a job at the chippy.

Gary faces some tough questions from the private investigator about his dealings with Rick. Afterwards, Laura knocks back the drink in the Rovers alongside her morphine tablets and when she stumbles out the pub in a state, Gary comes to her rescue.

Phill gives Maria a confidential report that proves the council are trying to cover up how dangerous the local air pollution is.

Rhona and Marlon end up proposing at the same time, but the joyous moment soon turns frightening. When Marlon dashes back to Smithy to retrieve the engagement ring, his vision suddenly becomes impaired. He falls to the ground and realises he's having a stroke as he desperately tries to stay conscious.

April grows concerned that her dad's been gone a while so heads back home to check on him - and when she surveys the shocking scene, she immediately calls an ambulance.

At the hospital, Marlon's being prepped for surgery but Rhona has to leave the room to prevent him from seeing her breaking down.

EastEnders (Episode 6454)

Martin's concerned when Jean hires a big bouncy castle for the kids, blocking the market. When Jean embarrasses herself by accidentally hitting Arthur, Stacey tries to get her off to no avail. Soon Harvey arrives and joins Jean on the bouncy castle, leaving Stacey fuming that he doesn't seem to get how serious Jean's condition is.

Zack tells Jada to cancel the party she's planning for when Sharon goes away, but when Will taps her up for an invite, Jada realises that her friends have already invited all and sundry to the party.

Janine rejects the flowers that Mick's bought for her and announces that she's going away to give them some time apart and ensure that what they have is serious.

Also: Kat is mortified by her discovery and when Tommy arrives home, he's shocked to find her crying in the kitchen.
