Sports Mole

This week on Coronation Street, Peter finds himself in trouble with the law after a confrontation with Mr Thorne.

Elsewhere, Abi tries to expose Ben and Imran's lies, Summer's insecurities resurface and Tim buries his head in the sand over his condition.

Read on for pictures and spoilers from next week's new episodes!

Summer sadness

Summer turns down Aadi's advances, explaining that she's fallen for someone else. Later, she meets up with Aaron and is candid about her bulimia - but he's taken aback by the revelation.

Aaron meets up with Summer and tells her he thinks it's best they don't see each other any more outside of the support group meetings.

Back in her room, a heartbroken Summer looks in the mirror, hating what she sees.

Thorne in Peter's side

After finding out what Mr Thorne did, Peter accosts him in a restaurant and demands an apology. When Mr Thorne succeeds in winding him up, Peter loses his rag and punches the doctor - and before too long he's arrested on suspicion of assault.

Mr Thorne suggests to Carla that he will drop the charges against Peter and retire immediately, but only if Peter drops his complaint with the hospital. But when Peter discovers that Carla's been messaging Mr Thorne, how will he react?

Later in the week, Peter goes to the Gazette, asking them to write a story about Mr Thorne's behaviour - and tries to recruit Aggie to help gather some evidence...

Abi fights for the truth

After seeing Abi downbeat in Seb's memorial garden, Kelly begs Imran to check again exactly what Ben claims he saw.

After Imran and Toyah decide to hold a naming party for Alfie, Abi tells him he can get stuffed - and warns that once she proves Ben was lying, he'll be cut out of Alfie's life for good.

Abi turns the tables on Ben, following him to a car park and then filming him as he collects drugs from his dealer. She then gives Ben a choice - admit the truth that he lied for Imran, or she'll show her video to his boss and the police.

Also this week...

Jacob takes a phone call, pretending to be Kirk, and manages to effortlessly land an order. Later, Carla and Sarah congratulate Kirk but he's uncomfortable to be taking the credit.

Tim lies to Sally about having visited the doctor, telling her that the doctor said his erectile problem is perfectly normal after a major operation.

Tyrone drops Fiz off back at her new house and she offers to show him around...
