Geoff goads Tim, telling his son that even as a child, he knew he'd never amount to anything. Tim falls for it and punches him as Craig watches on.

George calls at Nick and Leanne's to discuss Oliver's funeral arrangements - and Leanne is maniacal as she runs through all of the details.

Having sold the house, Sally waves off Roxy. But Abi recognises Roxy and confides in Debbie that she suspects Ray is trying to buy up the whole street.

Also: Yasmeen gives Imran a huge responsibility.

Monday, November 30 (Episode 10182)

Ray drives Faye back to the street, while Abi comments to Craig that she doesn't trust Ray. He reveals to her that he saw some incriminating paperwork on Ray's desk.

Abi shows Kevin and Sally the invoice she found in Ray's office. Sally calls an old friend at the council and confirms that a planning application has been submitted to knock down half of the street. Debbie is in earshot.

Sally, Dev, Brian and Roy discuss Ray's latest offer. Sally tries to rally them into not giving in and letting their community be destroyed.

Tracy worries about Steve's lack of interest in Oliver's funeral, telling him about the celebration Leanne is planning for his son's life.

Tim gets a call from the police - they've found Elaine, but she's in a psychiatric hospital. Alya fears Yasmeen's case is over.
