Abi's incandescent when she turns on the TV and sees a documentary all about Corey, his football prowess and how much of a hero he is. Together with Nina, she marches round to the TV company and demands answers.

Bernie tells Dev that today would have been Zodiac's birthday before leaving for Paul's operation but finds her car being towed away. She heads to the police station to make a complaint, but she's shook when she sees Craig and his colleagues presenting fellow officer Kit with a cake for his 31st birthday.

Maria confronts Gary about the missing 10 grand from their bank account and he makes out that he was forced to buy a new boiler for the factory.

Nick's angry when he tells Rowan that he needs to speak to Leanne urgently about Simon but gets a dismissive reply. Rowan finds a hungover Simon and suggests that they have a chat as he may be able to help him with finding a direction.

This hour-long episode airs Monday, May 20 at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX

Wednesday, May 22 (Episodes 11272 and 11273)

Nina and Abi are comforted to see that an online petition has been started calling for the Corey documentary to be scrapped. Later, Dean calls at the garage and tells Abi that he really needs her help, but she's quick to send him packing.

Fellow inmate Roscoe enters Roy's cell, startling him and sending his chess board flying.

Simon gets ready to leave for the retreat but a desperate Nick calls Peter with the hopes of stopping him. When Toyah returns home later Simon tells her that Peter has offered him a job with him on the yacht.

Also: At the hospital, officer Kit helps an oblivious Paul and Billy secure a parking space, and later, Bernie calls in at the station to thank Kit and ask him for the chance to explain herself.

This hour-long episode airs Wednesday, May 22 at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX

Friday, May 24 (Episodes 11274 and 11275)

Simon shows Carla some pictures of the boat and Peter but she's thrown when she sees a snap of Peter with his arm around a woman.

Evelyn and Roy agree to start a book club while he's in prison. Meanwhile, on the same wing, Griff arrives and tells the guard that it's good to be back.

Gemma starts to get the house ready for Joseph's posh new schoolfriends to come over but is upset when Linda reveals that she's booked a table at the Bistro instead to save her the stress.

This hour-long episode airs Friday, May 24 at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX
