Next week on Coronation Street, a drunken night of flirting between Aaron and Amy ends up taking a sinister turn.

Elsewhere, Stephen gets a taste of his own medicine, Daisy decides to fight back against her stalker and Paul sues Carla for injury compensation.

Read on for pictures and spoilers from next week's new episodes!

Maria comes to Daisy's aid

Daisy, Daniel, Ken, Jenny and Gemma get ready for the wedding cake tasting - but Daisy's left horrified when the samples are delivered by Justin. Daniel reports the matter to the delivery firm but they refuse to take action and later, he admits to Ken that he's starting to worry about Bertie's safety.

Maria's offended when Daisy brands her old and out of touch when it comes to hair styling. Daisy later apologises and Maria opens up to her about her own ordeal with a stalker.

Taking Maria's advice, Daisy is pleased to be granted a hearing for a Stalking Protection Order against Justin next week.

Injured Paul decides to sue

Ed orders Paul to go home after he almost injures his hand on a saw, prompting Paul to admit to Billy that he hasn't felt right since the accident. Together with Dee-Dee, Billy convinces Paul to sue Carla for negligence.

Dr Gaddas tells Paul that his hand could take up to 12 weeks to heal. Meanwhile, having realised that Carla was not insured to drive the van, Peter offers Paul £15k in compensation to drop the case. On Dee-Dee's advice he tells Peter that he needs a full diagnosis first.

Paul gives Ches a wad of cash so they can pay their bills, explaining that he's taken out a loan which he'll pay off when his compensation comes through.

Aaron makes a decision for Amy

Wanting to celebrate his promotion to mechanic, Aaron reminds everyone that it's cocktail night in the Bistro. At the flat, as Amy and Aaron get ready over drinks, their sexual chemistry is evident and they're soon kissing. A guilty Amy pulls away and they head to the Bistro.

After what happened, Amy struggles to be in the same group as an endlessly-bickering Aaron and Summer, so she heads home. Aaron announces he's leaving too.

At the flat, Amy and Aaron play drinking games and finish off all of the alcohol. Amy tries to find more in the bedroom but announces that she's too drunk and falls into bed. Aaron climbs in next to her - and Amy's completely oblivious to what happens next.

Stephen's plan backfires

Stephen gathers the workforce and attempts to orchestrate a vote of no confidence in Carla, but she catches wind of his plan and gives him a rollicking.

A frustrated Stephen laces Carla's drink with more LSD but it soon becomes apparent that he's got the mugs mixed up. As he arrives for the Nippersnapper presentation, he starts to experience blurred vision and the sweats. He takes to the stage and it dawns on him that he's taken the LSD himself...

Stephen heads to the precinct to buy more drugs, but when two lads nick his money and laugh in his face, he sees red.

Also next week...

Faye tells Sally that her daughter's adoptive father, Jackson, has been in contact asking if she wants to see them - but admits that she's already come to terms with not being a mother due to the early menopause and would rather not risk opening up old wounds.

Elsewhere, Daryan leaves Weatherfield to search for his brother in Nottingham, while Hope tells Sam that Beth really did slap her but told her that no-one would believe her if she grassed. A shocked Sam informs Tyrone...

Meanwhile, Kevin learns the sad news that his dad has suffered a heart attack.
